Our team created and developed one of the first corporate funds in Poland and supported a number of projects in the area of innovation and new business. Our experience shows that such projects require ongoing support, which is why we decided to launch a subscription service for our corporate partners.

As part of the monthly subscription You will receive:

5 hours of support in investment structurimg and searching for investment partners, including:

Transaction structuring in order to secure best interests of the investor;
Support in selecting optimal partners for co-investment or strategic partnership;
Participation as an independent observer in investment committees.

5 hours of legal support of a lawyer with experience in handling transactions on the VC / PE market, including:

Participation in negotiations with potential business partners;
Analysis of transaction documentation in terms of securing the investor's interests;
Support in the supervision of portfolio companies.

5 hours of strategic support in business development area:

Analysis of the strategy and selection of the most optimal way of achieving investment objectives;
Searching for companies in areas selected by the investor;
Representing the investor at events in Poland and abroad.
